Gift card policy

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased for yourself or for someone else from just £20 with free gift wrapping. I accept secure payment on my website, cash, card and bank transfer upon collection.
  • Post and packaging charged separately – please e-mail bejewelledbyspooky@outlook.com for a quote before purchasing.
  • Virtual gift vouchers are also available – please e-mail bejewelledbyspooky@outlook.com to get started.
  • For my own records please contact me with the full name and age of the person who will be redeeming the voucher.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers and can only be redeemed in store, as full or partial payment for a service or goods.
  • All vouchers are dated from the day of purchase and expire in 1 year from this date.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.
  • If the product/service costs ever need to be refunded and a voucher was originally used to make the purchase, the amount of money owed to you will be issued by means of a new gift voucher.
  • I’m not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, and therefore no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  • Gift vouchers can only be bought in GBP£ and redeemed in this currency.
