Age restrictions
All age restrictions are non-negotiable and have been set in compliance with guidelines set by my local council, insurance and the law. Therefore, anyone attempting to misrepresent their true age will be refused service and may be asked not to return to the studio in future. The only types of government issued photographic ID accepted are a Passport, Driver’s License (full or provisional) or a PASS card (National Proof of Age Standards Scheme).

As of 1st February 2018 and under the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017, it is against the law for anyone to make arrangements or perform an intimate piercing on a child or young person under the age of 18 in Wales. This also includes jewellery changes in intimate areas on a child or young person under the age of 18. Intimate areas are defined as the tongue, nipples, breast, buttocks and genitals. These piercings cannot be performed with parental consent.
